2026 Term 3

As we come to the end of another incredibly full and productive term at St Mary & St Mina’s College, I find myself reflecting on just how much our students, staff and families have achieved. Term 3 has been a term of firsts, of challenge, of growth and, importantly, of looking courageously towards the future.

Our Term 3 journey began with the conclusion of our third annual College Service Trip, this year taking 16 students to Suva, Fiji. What an incredible experience it was.

Our students had the privilege of serving alongside the children of St Philomena House, spending meaningful time with them, learning from their experiences and sharing in their joy. We were equally blessed by the warmth and generosity of Fr David, his congregation and the wider Fijian community.

Service continues to be an important expression of our College values, reminding our students that education is not simply about what we know, but about what we do with what we have been given.

Already, plans are underway for two service opportunities in 2027 — the Philippines and Egypt — and we look forward to seeing where these experiences take our students next.
